West Florida is along the Gulf of Mexico, providing vast expanses of white sandy beaches and warm ocean water. Including vibrant cities such as Tampa, St Petersburg and Sarasota, which offer some of the most beautiful beaches in the US.
The weather here is warm year round, and humid in the summer months. Sarasota in particular offers many business opportunities for those looking to relocate to the State, and excellent community and school systems.
As with other areas of Florida, one of the main activities away from the beaches and shopping, is the many golf courses.
North Florida is home to the oldest established European settlement in the United States, St Augustine, plus the States largest City, Jacksonville.
Florida's Panhandle is bordered by Georgia and Alabama and includes the State Capital of Tallahassee.
